At the "Relax! Award", employees from the VAMED Vitality World resorts are honored each year for special achievements and ideas. During a multi-day incentive trip to one of the 4*S hotels of VAMED Vitality World, the winners have the opportunity to get to know other resorts and exchange ideas with colleagues from all over Austria. A gala dinner, musical entertainment and time to relax make the Relax! Award an unforgettable experience.

Saving a bathing guest's life, revolutionizing the accounting system, going the extra mile for every customer or inventing a catchy advertising slogan: The reasons for winning an award at the Relax! Awards are many and varied - and each individual reason is an incomparable and honorable achievement in itself!
Every year, each resort can nominate personalities from its own ranks for an award and thus honor their special achievements. An incentive trip is then organized to celebrate together with colleagues from the other resorts!

That was the Relax! Awards 2023
At the St. Martins Therme & Lodge, the Relax! Awards were ceremoniously presented to about 20 talents from the VAMED Vitality World resorts in November 2023. A varied program - with a gala dinner, safari, relaxing hours in the spa and a musical evening at "Rock me Amadeus" in Vienna's Ronacher - rounded off the unique event. Film off!
